The Suffolk Twelve Step Workshop is an Ipswich (UK) based self help group committed to supporting individuals suffering with obsession based illnesses including alcoholism, love and drug addiction, self harm, eating compulsions including anorexia and bulimia, co-dependency, workaholism and the associated problems of anxiety, anger, depression, abuse and fear.

We are based at Saint James Roman Catholic Church Hall in Landseer Road, Ipswich. We offer a structured and well defined, confidential, recovery programme over an eight week period, a gentle process of peaceful, personal empowerment, transforming and revitalising the lives of individuals through a process of assessment and review. The process requires a commitment to one evening per week and a complete weekend to bring the programme essentials together.
